Kainga Ora – Hokonui

Hokonui is a medium-density community social housing project for Kāinga Ora, designed by Crosson Architects. Point Construction Group worked on a labour only contract with the head contractor, McMillan and Lockwood.

The project was built using a permanent formwork system.
