A boutique development of eight residences, built on a labour & supply contract for Lighthouse Group. Our team managed the full build, from demolition to coordinating all sub-contractors. This was the first of two side-by-side projects for Lighthouse Group on Leybourne Crescent.

Delivery of full turn key package from existing site clearing to handing over the keys to the purchasers.
